Yes. I'll come out, look at the problem and tell you what's needed and what it'll cost. There's no call-out charge and no obligation.
What does "no fix, no fee" mean?
If I can't fix the problem, you don't pay for my time. You'll always know the price before I start any work.
Are you DBS checked?
Yes. I'm DBS checked, so you can feel comfortable having me in your home, whether it's you, an elderly relative or your family I'm helping.
Do you offer a discount for OAPs?
Yes. Pensioners get a discount on all work. Just mention it when you call or message.
Do you help businesses as well as homes?
Yes. I help households and local small businesses, from one laptop to a small office network.
Can you help remotely?
For many software problems, yes. With your permission I can connect securely to your computer and fix it without a visit.
Is my data safe?
Your files and privacy are treated with care. I never look through personal files, and I'll always check before doing anything that could affect your data.
